Jo is one of the few CNBCers who actually works with every department in the building, and the fact that we all work from home now made no difference for her ability to meet all those needs. She takes the time to understand what each department aims to accomplish and solves each issue with attention paid to the impact it might have on other groups’ interests. She’s a consummate professional, and her dedication to Dotcom’s rigorous style and standards remains exemplary.

- Elisabeth Cordova, Deputy Managing Editor and Supervisor, CNBC

As its only full-time staff member, Josephine managed all aspects of the timeforkids.com site. She was responsible for updating the content of our kids' news site throughout the day as well as producing special minisites and events-driven multimedia packages. Josephine managed a deep archive of materials for teachers and students, optimized photos for news stories and updated the channel of TIME For Kids content that originated in print. She was our only troubleshooter for technical issues that arose. She maintained a positive, collaborative relationship with our partners in Time Inc. Interactive, the central technology group at the company. Josephine also recommended and secured outside help for special projects and stories. In a challenging atmosphere, and with limited resources, Josephine always maintained a calm professional demeanor and devoted all of her energy to getting the job done. I would love to work with her again in the future.

- Martha Pickerill, Editor In Chief and Supervisor, TIME For Kids

Jo is incredibly motivated and always a pleasure to work with. She is highly efficient and committed and always eager to learn more and support the team wherever she can. She maintains excellent relations with the London team and through the force of her own efforts she is a vital part of our teams efforts. She copes very well with a very difficult working environment, far removed from the London team. She is a huge help to me and produces reports that help promote the whole work of our team. She has adapted well and is always flexible and ready for the next challenge.

- Barney Loehnis, Director of Europe and Supervisor, Warner Bros. Pictures

Josephine is one of the strongest PM's I have worked with throughout my digital career. She sets the bar high for everyone around her. Throughout my time at Shape, Josephine was a pleasure to work with as we worked together on multiple campaigns for over 6 months. She pays great attention to detail and is a stellar team player. Her effort and knowledge of digital is way beyond her years and she is always thinking about new and creative ways to make processes flow more easily. Tasks could be handed over to her and she instinctively knows how to handle them without having to be micromanaged. I would recommend her as she would be a great asset to any company.

- David LaMarca, Sr. Digital Brand Manager, SHAPE Magazine

It is with great pleasure that I recommend the creative, innovative and hardworking Jo Bila. Jo and I worked together for many years and and on many projects and I find that Jo thinks outside the box, has great follow through and is a pleasure to work with. She's fun, energetic, passionate about her work, honest, and a great team player. Most important is that Jo is a visionary and an outstanding project leader who exceeded my expectations.

- Heather Shaw, Director of Corporate Social Responsibility, Time Warner Inc.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! (yes...i'm screaming) :grinning: for your unwavering commitment to our efforts, for your selfless and generous donation of time and wisdom in guiding our Employee Resource Group Leaders. It would be impossible to do without your engagement.

- Salvador Mendoza, Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at NBCUniversal

Thanks so much for being such great partners on the [TV show pages] project so far. It’s been wonderful to see the collaboration between you and our developers, and the work is looking really great so far! Excited to close this out next month!

- Matthew Shadbolt, Head of Product, CNBC

I just wanted you to know how amazingly helpful Jo has been in getting the small biz page off the ground. She is a Rockstar! She is willing to help however she can - she helped curate the page, she worked with Soft Ops to deal with tech issues, she helped me talk through how to make the page different than the /small-business page, she found a solution to help with manual curation, she offered ideas on how to tag the content, etc. Bottom line Rockstar partner!

- Rene Brinkley, Brand Marketing Manager, CNBC

Thank you for being a rock star, always. You're thorough, great at your job, never let anything slip through the cracks and truly save the day at any time with creative solutions and savvy-ness.

- Madison Lampert, Digital Producer, CNBC

Jo was a one-woman show. As Executive Producer of the TFK website, she creatively engineered its layout and design of many of its pages and effectively organized all of the site's content. At team meetings, her focus lied in thinking ahead and pushing toward future excellence. She consistently saw potential and strove to achieve it, instilling this drive in me as only a nine-week temp. Overall, Jo was an inspiration to learn from, a pleasure to work with, and a role model for me in both work and life. She reached out not only to help me learn in the playground of my field, but also offered her assistance and advice as a New York newcomer and growing young adult. Any employer would be more than lucky to have her.

- Lara Sokolowski, Josephine’s Intern, TIME For Kids

Thank you for your time and patience to help me get the 2020 BRK meeting onto the archive site. I literally could not have done it without you.

- Alex Crippen, Senior Coordinating Producer, CNBC
